Many of you have talked to us about your struggle of gaining weight during these extended times at home. You have also shared the frustrating struggle of gaining the weight back that you worked so hard to lose. I also know there is a sense of overwhelm by how much information is out there on what the best type of diet is, what foods to eat, what not to eat and so forth. It can make a person just give up all together. But it doesn't need to be that difficult and also we are all so different and what food might be right for one person, is not for another. Our food intake needs to be as individualized as we are.
