This week I want to give your mind a break from overloading on various health and wellness topics, and  am keeping it short and sweet with a gentle reminder and encouragement to move. 

In the Stress and Anxiety and Spring into Movement newsletters I mentioned a little bit about the benefits of getting in a enough movement everyday, how it can help us ward off stress, what it does to improve our mental, emotional, and physical health, and what will happen if we don’t move enough. I hope that throughout these offerings you have captured just how pertinent movement is for overall health and have been inspired to move more.
